The Story Behind the Strategy

My intrigue in shifting mindsets grew through experience from corporate environments and also time spent supporting athletes. Learnings along the way, coupled with formal training to further deepen my knowledge, is what sparked my passion further. Understanding that by quieting our minds we can truly achieve whatever goals we may have. Whether you're looking to ease stress, boost focus or meet that peak performance state, I can provide a relaxed environment for positive change.

  • Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state of awareness which allows for improved focus and concentration. This is where “Suggestions become Beliefs”.
  • Being in this state allows us to bypass the conscious mind and talk directly to the subconscious, where many of our self-limiting beliefs and thoughts are stored. 
  • Most enter this natural state of focused concentration several times a day. This is also the state that everyone passes through before they fall asleep and as they come into wakefulness.
  • You are often more deeply relaxed than they've ever felt before. 
  • You are always in control and fully aware of everything around you. 
  • You will be guided into this ideal state of focus and relaxation with verbal cues, repetition and imagery, where your mind is open to accept suggestions that aim to shift habits and behaviors.  



  • NLP stands for Neurolinguistic Programming
  • When Hypnosis is coupled with Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), it becomes even more powerful. NLP is a unique model of how people learn, motivate themselves, and change their behavior to achieve excellence in any endeavor.  You can break bad habits, overcome phobias, communicate with confidence, and eliminate any self-imposed limitations holding you back from your goals simply by applying NLP.  Thought can be reframed for a more positive outlook.
  • Hypnosis & NLP work extremely well together to help people achieve the emotional and personal goals they desire.   


Yes anyone can be, under the right conditions. Hypnosis relies on a person’s ability to focus and relax. Some people are naturally more receptive to hypnosis, while others may need more practice and guidance to achieve a hypnotic state.


  

  • You will not lose control while in Hypnosis, in fact you will be able to take control over parts of your life you may not have had control over before.
  • Unlike its portrayal in the movies, Hypnosis is not a form of truth serum and will not have the client sharing information that they don’t want to.
  • You will not “get stuck” in Hypnosis. You will be aware of everything that’s going on around you.


It's physically impossible for that to happen because you are not unconscious at any point during the hypnosis. You will be in a different state but fully conscious and you can come out of that state any time you choose. You can also come out of that state when given a verbal cue by the hypnotist. 


Rest assured, no one can hypnotize you without your consent. It just won't happen. If you don't want to be hypnotized, you won't enter a hypnotic state. You can stop the hypnosis session at any time during the process if you're not comfortable or if you don't want to be hypnotized. You are always in control. 


Yes, absolutely! Once you learn the proper way to do it and had some instruction, it is very possible to hypnotize yourself.
